1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MD Oneway DropTaxi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive all required details (pickup/drop location, date, time, passenger name, contact number) and you receive a confirmation via phone or message. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

3. Fare & Payment

Fares are calculated on a per-kilometre basis as per the selected car type and trip type (one-way or round trip). The fare quoted at booking is an estimate; actual fare may vary slightly based on the exact route taken. Toll charges, parking fees, and driver beta (night allowance) are extra. Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or card.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup.
• 50% charge for cancellation between 2-4 hours before pickup.
• Full charge for cancellation within 2 hours of pickup.
• No-show without any communication will be charged the full fare.
• In case of driver delay beyond 30 minutes, you are eligible for free cancellation.

5. Waiting Time

A free waiting period of 30 minutes is provided from the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this, a waiting charge of ₹100 per hour will apply. For airport pickups, additional waiting time is provided based on flight arrival status.

6. Driver Conduct

All our drivers are professionally trained, verified, and courteous. If you experience any issues with driver behaviour, please report immediately to +916380490551. We take all complaints seriously and will take appropriate action.

7. Luggage & Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. The company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the journey. Please ensure you do not leave any belongings in the vehicle after the trip.

8. Vehicle Usage

Smoking, drinking alcohol, and consuming any prohibited substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly. Passengers must follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines during the journey.

9. Limitation of Liability

MD Oneway DropTaxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays due to traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or vehicle breakdowns. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth journey but cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
